Catholic Days at the Capitol 2027 Diocese of Palm Beach
Each year during the Florida legislative session, Catholics from across the state gather in Tallahassee to bring the light of faith to the public square and promote Catholic values through civic engagement. United with the bishops, event participants advocate for the protection of human life and dignity as lawmakers shape Florida's laws for the common good. By making the trip to our state capitol and lifting their voices, Catholic Days pilgrims help make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of all Floridians.
Catholic Days will be held April 6-7, 2027. Don't miss this unique opportunity to put your faith and civic responsibility into action!
Activities include:
A legislative briefing on policy issues affecting human life and dignity
Pre-scheduled meetings with lawmakers and/or their aides
The opportunity to view the legislative process in action
An awards breakfast with Florida's bishops and legislators
Rosary led by the bishops of Florida
Group photo of each diocesan delegation with its bishop
In addition to the legislative events, the 52nd Annual Red Mass of the Holy Spirit will be concelebrated by the bishops of Florida to pray for those working in the legislative, judicial, and executive branches of government. Plan to wear red on Wednesday, April 7.
