Catholic Charities Interfaith Health & Wellness ministry received an award from Family Promise of North Central Palm Beach County for continued support and dedication to helping families in need. Catholic Charities Interfaith Health & Wellness Program reaches out with faith community nurses to provide navigation to health services, hygiene supplies, food, and emergency temporary shelter for homeless families and individuals.
