Due to the threat of severe weather and the high potential of torrential rain and lighting occurring in and across south Florida, we are extremely sorry to inform you the 16th Annual Bernard & Betty Egan Memorial Golf Classic has been CANCELLED.
We want everyone to stay safe and remember golf, no matter how great of a game and for a great cause, it’s just a game and not worth risking anyone’s safety. The golf outing WILL NOT be rescheduled.
We are pleased to announce that the Grand Harbor Golf Club provided each team a voucher to schedule a future tee time. Many participants stopped by in spite of the storm to enjoy lunch, pick up goody bag and collect raffle winnings. Catholic Charities is expecting fundraising profits in spite of the cancelation, and is extremely grateful to the Bernard and Betty Egan Foundation for matching donations.
