Lourdes is an Ultrasound Technician at Miracle House, our Birthline Lifeline pregnancy support center in West Palm Beach. In a time of staff turnover, Lourdes managed the office by herself, handling a large amount of workload and tasks. Lourdes manned up with serenity, integrity, order and superb skill, learning the new electronic systems while teaching volunteers to implement them in a truly professional and organized manner. She never complained. The sense of order in the structures and procedures, as well as the calm environment of the office is always inviting volunteers and new staff to perform to the highest potential. She is kind and patient to teach, direct, redirect, and correct with humility and admirable technical expertise and human touch for the best practice in providing client care.
