Nursing Services of Palm Beach was founded in 2003 by Eleonor Rodrigues, a compassionate changemaker who was born in the Philippines and came to the US to live with her husband and daughter. With a background in case management and a strong sense of purpose, she was inspired to start a company that would provide high-quality care to the elderly, restoring their dignity and hope. She created an agency out of her deep compassion and commitment to care for the most vulnerable members of her community.
From humble beginnings, the agency quickly grew through community partnerships and word of mouth. One of its earliest collaborations was with Catholic Charities, a relationship built on shared values of faith, dignity, and service. Eleonor remembers responding to late-night calls to help those in crisis, offering not only assistance but also comfort and safety in moments of great need.
Today, Nursing Services of Palm Beach continues to thrive with a loyal, mission-driven team—many of whom have been with the company for over a decade. Eleonor and her husband, David, and daughter, Ashe, live a life devoted to their faith and services to others.
