During the past year, many staff, Board members, benefactors and volunteers have experienced the loss of a loved one. In many instances we were aware of the loss and have been able to share prayers of condolences and other expressions of care and compassion. We also know that there were instances where we were not aware of the loss.
On Friday, November 28, 2025, the 8:15 am Mass at St. Anastasia Church in Fort Pierce will be celebrated in remembrance of the faithfully departed souls of family, friends, Board, volunteers, staff and benefactors of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Palm Beach. We chose a mass location and time specifically to be held during the month of November, as our Catholic faith generally realizes November as a month where we remember our beloved deceased. Additionally, as this date falls in proximity to Thanksgiving, we also recognize with gratitude and appreciation all those who have helped to support the work of our agency.
We do realize that this date, time and location might not be convenient for many of you. We ask that you simply take the opportunity to join us in thoughts and prayers throughout the month, for those we have lost and for those close to your hearts who have gone before us. May their legacy of compassion, generosity and mercy continue to bless the work we do and those we serve.
May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
