Since 1978, the Catholic Charities Elder Affairs Program has provided comprehensive guardianship and case management services to elderly individuals throughout Palm Beach County. The program serves seniors who are at risk physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, or spiritually—many of whom have little or no support system. Through advocacy, care coordination, and compassionate support, the program works to ensure that these older adults can live with dignity, safety, and hope.
The generosity of CCW members helps Catholic Charities respond directly to the daily needs of the seniors we serve. Donations such as large blankets, fabric tote bags, hygiene items provide comfort, dignity, and practical support to elderly individuals who often struggle with poverty and isolation.
