Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Palm Beach is grateful to announce a $15,000 grant from The Frank L. Weyenberg Charitable Trust to support its guardianship care for incapacitated elderly people in need.
Through its Elder Affairs Guardianship Program, Catholic Charities provides compassionate care and advocacy for vulnerable elderly individuals who are unable to make important decisions for themselves and have no one else available to serve on their behalf. The program helps ensure that these seniors receive the care, protection and dignity they deserve.
The grant from The Frank L. Weyenberg Charitable Trust, administered by Wells Fargo Bank, will help Catholic Charities continue providing guardianship care to incapacitated elderly people in need, supporting the organization's commitment to serving some of the community's most vulnerable neighbors.
