Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Palm Beach is grateful to the Indian River County Hospital District for a $70,000 grant supporting mental health services at the Samaritan Center beginning October 2026.
Through this support, Samaritan Center residents will have access to in-house mental health services, including individual and group counseling, comprehensive psycho-social assessments, and crisis intervention for adults and children. These services help families experiencing homelessness or housing instability develop the skills and support needed to achieve greater stability and independence.
This program is supported by the Indian River County Hospital District through taxpayer support.
