Thanks to a generous grant from CCUSA and the Walmart Foundation, Catholic Charities assists families in applying for SNAP - Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (AKA Food Stamps) throughout the 5-county diocese of Palm Beach. Hunger Homeless Outreach Program Director, Rocio Lopez, says, "We help families have access to healthy food, serve people in need and create hope in all stages of life."
