Catholic Charities is pleased to announce a $13,000 grant award through Catholic Charities USA - from the Walmart Foundation. The grant enables our Hunger Homeless Outreach Program to enroll people in need to the federal SNAP program - Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. SNAP is a government program that provides nutrition benefits to supplement the food budget of needy families so they can purchase healthy food for themselves and their immediate family.
